How do I get started?
If you're ready to launch into your new idea, that’s so exciting! Just fill out the online form via the contact tab or touch base via 0423 416 513 and we can get cracking straight away. Once you're happy with all the details and choosen a package from the service list I will send you a contract and a deposit invoice, so we get creating.
How does the payment process work?
For the packages I require the flat fee up front and any additional adjustments outside of that package will be invoiced throughout the project stages.
what are the qualifications of Olive Rose Deisgns?
The design world is ever growing and sometimes it's hard to even tell who is qualified or capable of achieving the job that is required. Here at Olive rose Designs I pride myself on achieving the greatest outcome and making the process easy and stress free.
Where are you based?
Olive rose Designs is based on the South East Coast of the Gold Coast, Australia.
What do I need to do before I get started on a Project?
Before branding projects can begin, you will need to fill out a design questionnaire. It is Ideal for you to have a clear idea of your target audience, business mission, products and services (if applicable to your business), a general idea of styles you like or that would appeal to your target audience (or exactly what you dislike) and of course, dont forget to state your business name. By providing the information above this will enable the design to hit the ground running.
Do you print my Business cards, posters, brochures ...?
No, I do not currently print, nor does Olive rose Designs provide a printing service. I can however work with you and recommend print companies locally or interstate that I have worked with before, to ensure your printing needs are fulfilled.
